National Parks of America
Our journey through the American West was nothing short of breathtaking. We began in Arizona, standing in awe at the edge of the Grand Canyon — its vast, rugged beauty even more stunning in person than any photo could capture. From there, our adventure carried us north to Yellowstone, where we witnessed the iconic eruption of Old Faithful and soaked in the serene views of Yellowstone Lake.
We spent two unforgettable nights in both Springdale and Jackson Hole, giving us time to fully savor the dramatic landscapes of Zion’s towering sandstone cliffs and the whimsical hoodoos of Bryce Canyon. Each park offered its own unique kind of magic.
The scenic drive through the Bighorn Mountains and the Great Sioux Nation Territory added another layer of depth to our experience, leading us to the monumental faces of Mt. Rushmore and the inspiring Crazy Horse Memorial. One of the most meaningful moments of the trip was sharing dinner with a Lakota Native American storyteller, gaining insight into traditions, history, and modern life.
From sunrise over the Grand Canyon to the geothermal wonders of Yellowstone, this journey allowed us to rediscover our love for wide-open spaces, incredible national parks, and the rich cultural heritage of the American West. It was a trip filled with unforgettable sights, new friendships, and memories we’ll carry for a lifetime.
See you on the next journey,
Katrina
